Upon your inquiry, we will have a discovery meeting or phone call to discuss the who, what, when, and where. Then we lock in a date and set a time. Via email, you’ll receive three important documents:
• Photography Contract
• Questionnaire
• Booking invoiceYour booking agreement will outline all the important details for you and your photo shoot. A 50% instalment is required to confirm your booking. This payment reserves my time and is non-refundable.
Your questionnaire is to help us fine-tune your vision. Once you have completed the brief I will prepare a mood board for you to review. It’s important to ensure we have this finalised prior to your shoot so I can prepare appropriately with gear, locations and props should we need them.

How long is a piece of string? In the world of photography, one size doesn't fit all and every shoot is different. It's important to consider the deliverables of your shoot and ensure you hire the right photographer to bring your ideas to life. I have basic packages outlined in my service guide that outline approximate costs however, variables include prop purchasing, travel, extra retouching, models, location and equipment hire and licensing costs. Photography is an ongoing investment and price shouldn’t be the determining factor in choosing the right photographer.

Like many people in the service industry, we need to manage our time so we can service our clients in the best way possible. A deposit is required to secure my time and lock in a date. If you cancel at late notice, it’s very unlikely I will be able to refill your spot and thus will have lost potential work and income. Further to this, a lot of preparation is also required prior to the shoot, and this fee covers my time working on your brief, mood board, location scouting, prop sourcing, and onboarding you as a client.

As you have paid for my art and unique style, you can not add any edits of your own. This is outlined in detail in your photography contract. This includes any filters in Instagram or any photo editing apps including FaceTune. I believe FaceTune to be unethical and do not condone my art being digitally altered to portray a version of you that does not exist. This is strictly enforced to protect my art and my integrity as a photographer.
